When trying to update the streaming encoder on the HS-1600T MKII, I am receiving the following error: "The fw packet does not match this platform". (Example shown below)
What is causing this error?
A: The Pop up notification appears when the incorrect firmware is being loaded into the wrong hardware revision of the streaming encoder. A minor hardware revision was implemented in the HS-1600T MKII encoders, to locate the correct firmware file, please check your product serial number located on the bottom of your HS-1600T MKII.
