    It would be better to address your issue via a support email.

    Can you contact us via our web form with the serial number of your encoders?

    Also, information about the source input details and resolution would also be helpful.

    My NVS-34 drops audio stream from SDI input after a few minutes after work.

    Drops on flash drive and stream. HDMI input works fine.

    What can you advice to do?

    1. Please make sure your NVS-34 is utilizing the latest firmware.

    2. Check to make sure you are formatting the SD card in the encoders browser interface.
