How to Update the PTC-140 Camera's Firmware Using a Windows Computer

Summary: In this video we show you how to connect to the PTC-140 series camera directly via a Windows computer.  The PTC-140 cameras have a default static IP set to 192.168.5.163, so to update firmware we need to be able to login to the cameras browser configuration page.  This video will also show you how to change the camera from a static IP to a dynamic IP via (DHCP) so that you can add the camera to your existing network.
